Nathan Dvorak (He/Him)

I offer a neuroqueer-affirming, relational approach and work with teens, adults, couples, and diverse relationship structures. I support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and relationship challenges. I aim to show up to this work with curiosity, openness, and care while being committed to a decolonized, culturally attuned, and anti-oppressive approach to therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel welcomed, affirmed, and empowered to build a meaningful life. I welcome people of all spiritual, religious, and belief backgrounds, and aim to co-create a space that truly honors who you are.

My background is in Transpersonal Ecopsychology, which looks at the intersection of psychology, ecology, and spirituality. I integrate this perspective with approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Structural Therapy.

I view therapy as a journey of exploring and healing our sense of home. What does it mean to feel at home in your body, mind, and soul? Where do you experience home in your relationships—with family, friends, partners, and community? Together, we can courageously approach these questions and what they mean for you.
