Jess Long (They/Them)
I believe that healing happens in connection and that everyone deserves a space where they feel truly seen and heard. When you work with me, you will find a collaborative relationship where your voice leads the way. You are the expert on your own inner world, and I am here to offer gentle observations about the patterns that show up in your relationships so we can explore them together with warmth, curiosity and even some humor. My approach is also shaped by my own lived experience as a queer, disabled and neurodivergent person, which means I understand what it feels like to need a space that was made with you in mind.
I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals and couples who want to build more grounded, trusting relationships with the people they love and with themselves. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy, trauma informed CBT and Structural Therapy brings to boundaries and roles within relationships.
I want to create a space where you can finally unmask and explore what it means to live as your most authentic self. Growth and healing are rarely comfortable, but you do not have to sit in that discomfort alone. I am here to walk through it with you.
